Shake Shack will bring its Big Shack burger back to UK restaurants from 1 October, accompanied by new fries, a matcha shake and a seasonal lemonade.
The returning burger features two Aberdeen Angus beef patties with cheese, lettuce, pickles, onions, tomatoes and Shake Shack’s house sauce. It is served in a three-layer toasted potato bun.
Also joining the autumn menu are crinkle-cut fries topped with applewood-smoked bacon, spring onions and herb mayonnaise.
The new Matcha Cookies & Cream Shake combines vanilla frozen custard with matcha powder and vanilla cream cookies, finished with whipped cream, additional matcha and crushed cookies.
A Cherry Lime Lemonade, made with cherry purée, lime and Shake Shack’s house-made lemonade, completes the seasonal line-up.
The autumn menu will be available at all UK Shake Shack restaurants for dining in, takeaway and delivery from 1 October, while stocks last. Customers can also order ahead through the Shake Shack UK website.
