Noodle & Beer is giving its Sichuan cooking a suitably gothic makeover with a limited-edition Ink Black menu launching on Monday 26 October 2026.
Available at the restaurant’s Chinatown and Spitalfields locations, the Halloween offering pairs squid-ink fried rice with an equally dark cocktail.
The Black Tide Fried Rice (£19.80) combines jet-black squid-ink rice with king prawns, sun-dried scallops, egg and chilli, delivering the restaurant’s characteristic Sichuan heat with a seasonal visual twist.
To drink, the Black Coco Sour (£12.50) blends Japanese Toki whisky and KAMI Roasted Barley Shochu with coconut and lemon.
Every guest ordering from the Ink Black menu will also receive a complimentary set of temporary tattoos featuring Halloween-themed Noodle & Beer illustrations. Designs include slurping cherubs sharing noodles and beer, plus a haunted restaurant filled with ghosts and pumpkins.
The Ink Black menu launches on 26 October and will be available for a limited time throughout the Halloween season.
