Corrigan’s Mayfair will run a dedicated St Patrick’s Day menu from March 10–17, celebrating Irish cooking through the lens of chef Richard Corrigan’s signature style.
Tucked just off Park Lane, the restaurant is known for its focus on wild and seasonal produce. For the week-long celebration, Richard Corrigan and his team will revisit classic Irish dishes using British and Irish ingredients.
Dishes on the menu include Glazed Ham with Onion Soubise, Mustard Pickled Shallots and Champ; Guinness Braised Ox Cheek with Poached Oyster and Colcannon; and Richard’s Irish Stew with Lamb, Potato and White Wine. The menu runs until March 17.
