Bob Bob Ricard Soho has brought back Waffles & Bellinis, its weekend brunch menu last served before the pandemic.
The concise menu features three waffles, each accompanied by a Strawberry & Peach Bellini within the listed price.
The Crème Brûlée Waffle costs £18 and is topped with vanilla custard, caramelised to form a crisp brûléed crust, and finished with berries.
A savoury Bacon Waffle is priced at £22 and served with home-cured bacon, whipped butter and maple syrup.
The most extravagant option is the £69 Waffle Impérial. It comes topped with 40g of Amurski Imperial caviar, crème fraîche, chives and lemon zest.
“It may well be London’s most expensive waffle, although, with 40g of caviar on top, perhaps its best-value one too,” said Richard Logins, managing director of Bob Bob Ricard. “And no, the irony of calling a £69 waffle good value is not lost on us.”
Waffles & Bellinis first appeared at the Soho restaurant in 2020, shortly before its original run was interrupted by lockdown.
The returning menu is served throughout the restaurant and at the bar dining counter every Saturday and Sunday from noon until 5.30pm. Reservations and walk-ins are both accepted.
