Whether you’re celebrating romance, friendship, or simply an excuse to eat and drink well, London’s Valentine’s and Galentine’s offerings this year range from playful dinners and rooftop feasts to sensory cocktails, pasta-shaped love letters and quietly indulgent afternoon teas. From 13–15 February, here’s where to book.
Il Bambini Club
Galentine’s dinner, 12–14 February
Il Bambini Club leans into the joy of Galentine’s with a three-course dinner (£35pp) and a complimentary Amore Spritz, served across 12–14 February. Expect crowd-pleasing Italian comfort: Chicken Milanese, sea bream fillet and trofie with pesto, pistachio and stracciatella, followed by panna cotta or caramel sundae, all set to DJ soundtracks and a playful dolce vita mood in Shoreditch.
Llama Inn
Valentine’s sharing platter
High above Shoreditch, Llama Inn’s Valentine’s focus is firmly on sharing. The bespoke Amantes platter includes oysters with ponzu caviar, soft shell crab tacos, scallop and sweetcorn ceviche and pork belly anticuchos, alongside specials such as champagne tiger’s milk foam and dark chocolate mousse. A relaxed, flavour-forward way to celebrate, with skyline views thrown in.
TOZI Pizzeria & Cicchetti Bar
Heart-shaped pizzas, 9–15 February
Love is in the air at TOZI Battersea this Valentine’s, where the restaurant is putting a playful spin on its signature pizzas by shaping them into hearts all weekend long. It’s a proper pizza-date upgrade: the same beautifully made bases and thoughtfully sourced toppings, just with a little added Valentine’s charm. Highlights include black truffle with mascarpone, portobello mushrooms and parmigiano; grilled octopus with San Marzano tomato sauce, lemon zest and chilli; and a carbonara pizza. Finish on a sweet note next door at TOZI Counter, where a limited-edition pink pistachio and rhubarb bomboloni (£4) is available from 9–15 February
Browns Brasserie & Bar
Classic Valentine’s menu, 13–14 February
For those who prefer their romance understated, Browns offers a three-course Valentine’s menu from £50pp, available from 7pm on 13 and 14 February. Think brasserie classics done properly: seafood sharing platters, duo of duck, ribeye steak, lobster linguine or a showstopping chateaubriand (£8 supplement), followed by champagne sabayon or a decadent chocolate trio.
Tortello
Limited-edition Valentine’s pasta
At Tortello, Valentine’s Day arrives in pasta form. The restaurant is serving limited-edition, heart-shaped ravioli filled with winter truffle and butter emulsion, Orkney crab with langoustine butter, or cavolo nero finished with pecorino fondue and sage butter. Handmade, luxurious and designed for lingering – a love letter written al dente.
Royal Lancaster London
Valentine’s Afternoon Tea
Overlooking Hyde Park, Royal Lancaster London teams up with the Natural History Museum for a floral, pollinator-inspired Valentine’s Afternoon Tea. Expect rose-infused teas, bee pollen details and elegant sweets shaped like blossoms and hearts, served across Valentine’s weekend, a gentler, daytime celebration ideal for friends, family or low-key romance.
144 On The Hill
Refined Valentine’s dinner
At Richmond Hill Hotel’s much-loved restaurant, Valentine’s Day is marked with a seasonal British menu designed to follow a walk through Richmond Park. Warm, elegant and deliberately unshowy, it’s a reminder that some of London’s most romantic tables sit just beyond the city’s rush.
Burnham Beeches Hotel
Romantic woodland escape
Hidden in ancient woodland, Burnham Beeches Hotel offers a Valentine’s that feels closer to a retreat than a dinner booking. Choose from candlelit dining or an overnight stay with Champagne moments and spa time, ideal for couples looking to slow things right down.
Drake & Morgan
Cocktail-making masterclasses, 13–15 February
Across 15 London venues including The Folly, The Refinery and The Parlour, Drake & Morgan’s Valentine’s and Galentine’s cocktail masterclasses offer a more interactive way to celebrate. Packages range from two-cocktail sessions (£30pp) to Mix & Dine (£65pp), combining hands-on shaking with dinner and fizz.
Revery Bar
Sensory Valentine’s experience, 13–15 February
Revery Bar introduces Seeing Isn’t Believing, a blindfolded sensory cocktail experience where guests choose drinks based on touch, sound and scent rather than sight. Paired with three canapés per person, the experience costs £55 for two and runs exclusively from 13–15 February — playful, intimate and genuinely different.
Park Corner Brasserie
Valentine’s menu with Hyde Park views
From 13–15 February, Park Corner Brasserie serves a three-course Valentine’s menu (£55pp) with canapés and English sparkling wine on arrival. Highlights include smoked burrata, slow-cooked pork belly and lobster linguine, finished with chocolate and caramel lava cake, all overlooking Hyde Park.
MR PORTER London
Valentine’s set menu, 14 February
MR PORTER brings its signature glamour to Valentine’s Day with a special set menu available on 14 February, alongside à la carte dining throughout the weekend. Expect indulgent signatures, seasonal highlights such as jumbo prawn salad and chateaubriand, and a bespoke strawberry-and-rose cocktail designed for toasting love in all its forms.
