Hello!
…and welcome to the spectacular (ahem!) launch of our very new and exciting blog … Tasting Britain.
Now you are probably wondering why you should follow us instead of other food blogs and reviewers?
Well, there are a few reasons.
Firstly, there are two of us. This may sound simple but so many blogs and reviews are written by one person with one viewpoint. We aim to conduct every review with multiple views (it may be the two of us, or sometimes a guest blogger will join us). We believe that this gives a better, more-rounded judgement and helps you to see when something is genuinely good. Both of us have very different tastes too, so it’ll certainly be varied.
Secondly, because we are not just looking to start up an outlet for our thoughts, rather, we’re building a collaborative community.
A collaborative community built around British food and drink. We want to do our part in raising awareness for all the fine tastes of our fair isle.
We hope that one day we can have contributors in many different regions and become a one stop shop to food all over Britain – and who knows, maybe one day we could become international!
We really hope you are as passionate about British food and drink as we are, and would love to hear any feedback you may have.
