Supa Ya Ramen launches its first guest collaboration series this year in Peckham this Sunday (14 May).
The summer series promises cooking from some of Peckham’s most celebrated chefs, and some coming from further afield.
Bespoke menus of two snacks and a main dish will be on offer from the following chefs and restaurants.
Mambow – Sunday 14 May
Peckham’s Mambow is an ode to Malaysian cuisine
Dishes include crispy cuttlefish with sambal and lime. A main dish of dry noodles features pork belly char sui, wontons and sticky mince

Dee’s Table (Denai Moore) – Sunday 28 May
Chef Dee whips up vegan Jamaican food with soul. Her cookbook, Plentiful was released last month.
Taco Queen – Sunday 4 June
Resurrected for one night only at the restaurant they once occupied

Supa Ya Ramen started the series in the Dalston restaurant in 2021. The Peckham site follows suit after opening last October.
Tickets are released on Resy two weeks ahead of each collaboration and diners can keep an eye on Supa Ya Ramen’s Instagram for announcements.
