STK Steakhouse has partnered with TINA the musical to create a pre-theatre dining experience based on musical icon Tina Turner mfrom 10 January.
Set to the pulse-pounding soundtrack of her much- loved hits, the STK Vibe Dining experience features some of Tina’s favourite food and a cocktail with orange and passionfruit puree, Aperol, Cointreau, edible gold glitter and, of course, Champagne which pays homage to her illustrious career.
The theme is Cheeseburgers and Champagne, inspired by Tina Turner’s favourite things to eat whilst on tour.
The Tina cheeseburger features a 180g beef patty, with cheddar cheese, bacon, gherkin and a special sauce.
Guests can opt for a choice of starters including crispy calamari with padrón peppers, roasted garlic & lime aioli, Asian chilli sauce, STK’s signature blue iceberg salad with bacon, blue cheese ranch, Stilton crumble and cherry tomato, mini tuna tacos or lil’ brgs – mini beef sliders with special sauce on a sesame bun.
Other mains include steak frites, mushroom gnocchi or tagliatelle, or a trio of beef soft shell tacos, served with pickled tomatoes, yuzu kosho, truffle fries.
The pre-theature menu is designed to be served within 90 minutes and is served in the spacious dining room at STK, The Strand from 5pm.
