The Mulled Martini

Ingredients
- 1TB/Spoon Quince & Cardomon Jam*
- 20ml Lillet Rouge
- Dash Gomme
- 50ml Masons Gin
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients
- Strain into a martini glass
- Add some orange zest garnish
Notes
- *To make the Quince & Cardamon Jam
- ingredients
- 1 kg quince
- 1/2 kg gomme (1 part custar sugar 1 part water)
- 10g green cardamon pods
- method
- 1) core &dice quince
- 2) de-shell cardamon pods
- 3) cook quinces and cardamon in gomme until it's soften
- 4) strain and blend,
- 5) allow to cool down, ready to use!
