This friendly and inviting pop-up shop is packed to the rafters with cheese, showcasing lines from in and outside of the UK and guiding visitors on the best flavour pairings for each of their little gems. Pop Up store front From now until 26th October, you can find yourself a little piece of cheese heaven over in Shoreditch. The shop can be found on Commercial Street, not far from Spitalfields Market (why not visit there too and make it a real foodie outing). Tucked in between Costa Coffee and As Nature Intended, the store front isn’t too obvious, so look for the banners outside with the Castello branding.  IMG_4593 Once inside Castello have a great team who will be more than happy to help you find your way around. Get to know their cheese collection by tasting samplers and getting guidance on the type of product you may enjoy. The taste experts have already done a lot of the hard work for you by matching up cheeses to chutneys and crackers – you can refer to their great cheese matching wheel to recreate these at home. The combinations include traditional pairings like brown bread, Tickler cheddar and onion chutney, washed down with IPA; to the more exotic like Marquis on shortbread with lemon curd … mmmm! IMG_4536 Check out the interesting flavours on offer that aren’t available in the UK as yet, and some that you can vote to launch here soon. All of the cheeses are available to buy and the store takes cash or card. There are some great things to do, like building your own cheese hamper for Christmas, which will set you back around £30 but has some great contents, designing your perfect cheeseboard or simply trying out some new flavours. There’s also a bar so you can have a drink while you ponder your selections and soak up the atmosphere.  If you’re a cheese-lover then you really don’t want to miss this!  http://www.castellocheese.com/en-uk/castello-pop-up-store/
