Pavyllon London, located within the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, is offering an opportunity to indulge in Michelin-starred dining without the premium price tag. The new Taste of Pavyllon lunch menu is available daily from 12pm to 2:30pm, featuring two courses for £49 or three for £55.

The menu provides a chance to experience the culinary artistry of Yannick Alléno, one of the world’s most celebrated chefs, holding 15 Michelin stars across 19 global restaurants. The Taste of Pavyllon menu delivers Alléno’s renowned French-inspired dishes while maintaining an approachable price point, offering a more accessible entry to the world of fine dining without compromising on quality or creativity.

Diners can enjoy a selection of five starters, mains, and desserts, all showcasing the restaurant’s signature French flair paired with the finest British ingredients. Highlights include the steamed Comté soufflé, soft egg blue fin tuna tartare, Cornish lamb cutlet cooked over fire, and confit seabass marinated with sobrasada. For dessert, guests can indulge in salted chocolate ganache or a “not so classic” tiramisu, featuring cardamom, mascarpone ice cream, and coffee sauce.

The experience is elevated by Pavyllon’s central counter, which offers up to 30 diners front-row seats to the culinary theatre. As chefs prepare each dish, guests can watch the artistry unfold in front of them, adding to the immersive dining experience.

Whether it’s a special occasion, a midday business meeting, or simply an indulgent lunch, the Taste of Pavyllon menu offers an unmissable opportunity to enjoy Michelin-starred cuisine in the heart of Mayfair.
