Dom: If you’ve been following us recently, you’ll remember that we were documenting the progress of Wychwood Brewery while they create a beer for Nicholson’s Pubs Beer Festival happening later this month…
Just to recap, each brewery had to select a style of beer, ABV range and a hop region, after which they were then tasked with the challenge of creating a beer based around the Rugby World Cup. The legendary Wychood Brewery had to create a classic amber ale (3.5% – 4.5% ABV) made with hops from Australia and New Zealand.
Now for those who have followed myself (@TheFallOfDom2) and Jon Tilson (@wychwoodbrewer2 / the Wychwood Brewery mastermind) on Twitter, you’ll have seen the progress as it happened.
