If, like myself, you don’t need an excuse to have a few drinks of an evening, and you’re intrigued by the world of beer, Nicholson’s Spring Beer Festival makes the perfect night (or day!) out. With a selection of over 50 ales and ciders on offer, whether you’re an ale expert or a complete novice, there is something for everyone. Don’t have a clue what you like? The handy taster sticks made up of three ‘swift thirds’ are a great option for the unsure or indecisive. The festival also features some exclusive collaborations; a delicious red ale called South Town from Camden Town Brewery and Adnams Brewery is definitely worth a try. But hurry – the festival runs until 19th April, and all the best stuff goes very quickly!
