From the team behind Notting Hill institution ULI and Chelsea favourite HUŎ, comes the latest opening from Graham Rebak and Adam Wilkie, ULI Marylebone.
The menu is a collaboration between Rebak, Wilkie and founder Michael Lim.
Encompassing selected dishes from around China and Southeast Asia, each is prepared using traditional Chinese, Thai, Malay and Singaporean disciplines.
Highlights include triple-cooked Dover sole with asparagus, garlic and chilli, stir-fried beef fillet with spicy black pepper sauce and spicy tofu with green beans.
Rebak said: “Recognising London’s demand and appreciation for our brand of informal classic Asian cooking, off the success of both ULI Notting Hill and HUŎ, Adam and I have been looking for the perfect new neighbourhood location for a second ULI for some time. When the site on Seymour Place came onto our radar, we immediately knew that this was it. Remarkably this brand of restaurant is currently missing from the area and when combined with Jonathan Clark’s crisp and cool interiors, we are confident that Marylebone locals will be quick to add ULI to their little black book of regular haunts.”

The 100-cover restaurant on Seymour Place represents the duo’s largest site to date, which also includes an intimate private dining room on the lower ground floor, seating up to twelve.

In warmer months the restaurant’s frontage will be opened offering al fresco dining. ULI Marylebone also has a separate bar with a selection of Asian-inspired cocktails alongside Japanese whiskies, vodkas and craft beer.

Signature cocktails include a Negroni with the addition of sake and a lychee martini.

The full food menu is also available at the bar.
