Chino Latino releases new menu

Pan-asian restaurant, Chino Latino, has launched a new menu, under the helm of executive chef Werner Seebach.
Located on the first floor of Park Plaza Riverbank, guests will be able to enjoy pan-asian staples, combined with Latino influences from Peruvian cuisine and cocktails, overlooking panoramic riverside views.
Cocktails from the bar xxxx Highlights include a Passionfruit Martini or a classic Old Fashioned.
Non-alcoholic options include the Momo – peach, coconut, lime, guava, and Orange Is The New Black, a sharp smash of orange, lemons and blackberries.
The bar also has an extensive selection of sake, each with a brief description and pairing suggestion, for an immersive sushi experience.
Those looking for something light and effervescent to pair with brunch might try Shirakaberuga – a lively sparkling junmai; or those looking for something more traditional may enjoy Asahi Kubota-Senju, which can be served either hot or cold. 
Food showcases a range of nibbles, like tempura and wasabi prawns, as well as sushi, taquitos and skewers.
There are theatrical new dishes like the  flaming sushi, a salmon roll with spring onion, jalapeno, spicy miso, which is set alight at the table and  asashimi selection, created at the open sushi counter. Highlights include tuna tartare with wasabi and ponzu and seabass tiradito.
Mains include Wagyu beef ishiyaki served on a hot Himalayan salt block or beef picanha and giant prawn, with cassava chips, rice and bok choi. 
Those looking to sample the best-sellling dishes can opt for Chino Latino’s new Tasting Menu, priced at £48 per person. 
Every Saturday, diners can enjoy an unlimited selection of  Chino favourites including salmon sashimi, maki rolls, tuna nigiri and vegetable gyoza for £40 per person. Each guest will receive a glass of bubbles as a welcome drink, plus live entertainment keeps the good vibes going all afternoon long.
