LPM Restaurant & Bar in Mayfair has partnered with Domaine Figuière to celebrate rosé season and International Rosé Day on 10 June and will be offering a complimentary glass of LPM x Figuière for lunch.

Andrea Fasan, LPM’s Global Head Sommelier & Wine Buyer, said: “Rosé is probably the oldest known type of wine, dating back as far as 600 BC. At LPM, wine, and rosé in particular, is a part of our history, and we ensure that our wines can dance beautifully around the dishes on our menu. They are emblematic in that they are what you’ll find most often on the tables of the Riviera throughout the decades, a symbol of friendship, freedom, golden days together and good times. They represent happiness. And for the most part, they come from Provence, the land where our own journey began.”

The restaurant is also markint Father’s Day with a limited complimentary cocktail, The Eugene, for all fathers that dine on 18 June.

Inspired by the legendary life of Jean Cocteau, The Eugene is a dedication to Jean’s grandfather, who loved Jean like a son as he introduced him to the arts.

The blend consists of Remy Martin 1738, Mancino Rosso, Mandarin Napoleon, sandalwood and salted prunes.

Fathers can also be treated to dishes inspired by the Cote d’Azur and Ligurian coastline such as carpaccio de sériole du japon, yellowtail carpaccio with guacamole and citrus dressing and croquettes de morue, cod croquettes with red pepper relish to start.

Mains include cotelettes d’agneau ‘vivienne’ – marinated lamb cutlets with olive and aubergine caviar and pine nuts, canard a l’orange – duck with orange and endive and ratatouille de hawazan – hot mediterranean vegetables and chickpeas.
