Peckham Levels, in the heart of SE15, has reopened following a transformative revamp, which includes the addition of seven new street food traders, retailers and new, streamlined spaces for eating, drinking and socialising.
081 Pizzeria, are offering Neapolitan pizza and tapas-style snacks, and Bando Belly, has fusion soul food inspired by multicultural London. Think Banh Mi breakfast rolls and crispy kimchi omelettes, as well as hot fried oreos.
Boxwallah’s menu features Delhi-inspired street food like chilli cheese aloo tikki, butter chicken samosas, malai kofta and lamb nalli biryani. While Ipanema Grill’s mouth-watering Brazilian BBQ menu features platters piled high with kebabs, cassava chips and farofa.
Plantain Kitchen’s mother-son team are serving up delicious West African cuisine and Green Choy’s menu focuses on classic Korean dishes made from ethically sourced ingredients, such as bibimbap and Korean fried chicken.
Beza Ethiopian is a celebration of vegan Ethiopian cuisine. Dishes include kik wot, yellow split peas with garlic and turmeric, served with injera.
The venue’s bars, Near & Far and Lady Godiva, are also back open and ready to serve a wide array of cocktails, wine, craft beers and spirits.
Elsewhere, the space is home to a coffee roastery, a barbers, a yoga studio, a crazy golf course and a selection of independent retailers.
With tables available for bookings and walk-ins, guests at Peckham Levels can take advantage of 20% off all food and drink on Thursdays and Fridays (4-6pm) throughout July.
