enchurch Restaurant at Sky Garden is introducing a Caribbean Sunday Roast, launching 30 March. The new menu, created by Chef Kerth Gumbs, reimagines the traditional roast with Caribbean influences and is served 37 floors above the City.
The £75 set menu includes a welcome mini colada, followed by starters such as sweet potato milk bread with curried haddock, curried lamb pita, or torched yellowtail with green mango and sweet & sour salsa.
Main course options include jerk-seasoned chicken supreme, 45-day aged strip loin with oxtail gravy, whole grilled sea bream, and Old Spot pork belly. A vegetarian option features stuffed sweet potato with butternut and lentil curry. All mains are served with Caribbean-style sides like ginger-glazed carrots, roasted new potatoes, spring greens, and Yorkshire puddings.
Desserts include a coconut tart with raspberry, vanilla and chocolate caramel, or the Tropical Delight with passion fruit, pistachio, and coconut ice cream, alongside seasonal petit fours.
Guests can add a signature cocktail for a £14 supplement, with options including a classic rum punch or a clarified milk punch. Live music will be available on Mother’s Day and Bank Holiday weekends.
Reservations can be made via Fenchurch’s booking platform.
