Pahli Hill, based in Fitzrovia, will be collaborating with designer LOBOMAR with their latest collection ‘Final Orders Please’ which will come to life with a pop-up.
Available between 23 to 30 October, the collection will be on display at Bandra Bhai – Pahli Hill’s bar which is located underneath the restaurant. Inspired by a 1970s Bombay speakeasy, Bandra Bhai is centred on revelling in forbidden enjoyment.
Guests can enjoy a complimentary cocktail an assortment of bar snacks and a dessert, especially made for this collection by head chef Avi Shashidhara, who has created an exclusive ‘Final Orders, Please’ dessert of Brioche filled with Alphonso mango vodka kulfi and Pistachio. The brioche includes Amalfi lemon in the dough, and Shashidhara used Alphonso Mango-flavoured Desi Daru Vodka for the base of the Kulfi.
Shashidhara said: “When crafting this dish, I aimed to translate the essence of Lobomar’s vision into a culinary experience, making it a reflection of the emotion and storytelling of their collection. Just like a designer creates a story, I too have strived to create a dish that tells a story of its own. The dish speaks to those shared experiences that linger long after the meal is over.”
A launch dinner on 22 October will debut the Final Orders Please dessert, amongst a tasting menu created by Shashidhara to reflect the entire collection.

LOBOMAR was established in 2023 by siblings Marco and Marcella Lobo and is born out of their upbringing between Köln, London, and Amsterdam.
With Indian-Italian roots, they grew up in a blend of cultures, questioning traditional notions of identity and authenticity.
LOBOMAR challenges rigid categories and celebrates the power of personal choice and context in shaping one’s identity.
The Final Orders Please collection is made out of handwoven organic cotton made by artisans in Tamil Nadu and makes use of preloved Saris sourced from the Lobo siblings’ family community in Mumbai.
Marcella Lobo, creative director and co-founder of LOBOMAR, comments: “For us, the experience at Pahli Hill will be love letters to those small, meaningful moments we rarely appreciate until they’re gone. We want to transport the audience into that fleeting space between night and morning, where the conversations and laughter feel intimate, almost eternal. When we gather with friends, it’s not just to eat, but to reflect, to connect, to be our true selves. It’s an exploration of identity and how food, fashion, and human connection come together in these spontaneous encounters. The looks in the show and being showcased at Pahli Hill represent a slice of these moments—beautifully unplanned, yet filled with meaning.”
