Wildflowers, the first restaurant and wine bar from chef Aaron Potter and interiors stylist Laura Hart, is now open in Belgravia.
Set across two floors in Newson’s Yard, off of Pimlico Road, Wildflowers serves seasonal Mediterranean dishes inspired by Europe’s south coast.
With live-fire cooking at the heart of the new venue, an open pass connects chefs and diners.
Dishes include lamb tartare, with Wildflower harissa and labneh, langoustine and scallop crudo, chilli, fennel and Honest Toil olive oil and borlotti beans al forno, bull’s horn peppers, artichokes and salsa verde.
Seasonality is at the heart of Wildflowers, from the regularly changing restaurant menu to the flowers filling the space and produce from the in-house deli.
Daily pastries and sandwiches (available to eat on the terrace or to take away) sit alongside a concise selection of provisions at the deli including Honest Toil olive oil, house-baked focaccia and charcuterie.
The architecture of the building (designed by Stiff and Trevillion) is a nod to its rich history as a Timber Yard, with the Studio Found-designed interior featuring found and vintage furniture.

In addition to the main restaurant is a private dining room seating up to 12 guests (with special feasting menus available) and an additional 26 covers on the Courtyard Terrace.
