Urban Greens have unveiled a fifth location which coincides with the brand’s five-year anniversary in line with expansion plans.
First established in 2019 by long-time friends Rushil Ramjee, Houman Ashrafzadeh and Yannis Drivas, the new space will offer the trademark Urban Greens salads and the hit warm salad menu launched earlier this year at the High Street Kensington flagship, designed by Mob Kitchen alumnus Finn Tonry.
Best-selling highlights on the menu include Tonry’s Thai Crunch starring sesame-marinated glass noodles, kale, beansprouts, pickled and chilli and carrots, sugar snap peas, edamame, coriander, mint, toasted peanuts, and a choice of chicken or tempeh; and Middle Feast, a warm salad made with harissa chickpeas, black rice, marinated kale, red pepper, blanched broccoli, tomatoes, pickled cabbage, fresh mint & parsley, toasted buckwheat and a green tahini dressing.
Ramjee said: “Our desire is to provide Londoners with a fast, healthy, delicious lunchtime offering, and our new location on Copthall Avenue has been built for maximum customer convenience, keeping efficiency and speed in mind to ensure as little queue time as possible, as well as offering collection and delivery via Deliveroo.”
Ashrafzadeh said: “We’re so excited about this new chapter for Urban Greens. Going from being three friends who were simply seeking a speedy, health-conscious lunch, to having five sites before our 5th birthday is testament to the amount of Londoners who share our desire to enjoy delicious, guilt-free food.
Drivas added: “We have several more locations in the works and can’t wait for our loyal customer base to enjoy them.”
