Toklas opens with new summer terrace menu

One of central London’s largest outdoor spaces, the Toklas Terrace has launched a new menu, drinks list and snacks.
 
Head chef Yohei Furuhashi has designed a menu that includes courgette fritti and arancini, as well as Toklas Bakery buns filled with pork tonnato, or mackerel escabeche.
 
Toklas chips will also be available to order by the bowlful, with homemade aioli. 
 
Guests can expect cocktails made with the season’s final Todolí citrus.  Limoncello spritz, white vermouth and a sea buckthorn and mandarin gimlet are all on offer.
