Vivek Singh’s modern Indian restaurant, The Cinnamon Club in Westminster, is hosting the first of three ‘Spice & Wine’ dinners on Thursday September 21 with the restaurant’s wine expert Laurent Chaniac, and Argentinian vineyard, Fabre Montmayou.
Diners are invited to meet the founder of Fabre Montmayou, acclaimed winemaker Hervé Joyaux Fabre, for an evening dedicated to the art of spice and fine wines.
As well as tasting wines paired with Singh’s dishes, Hervé will share the story of his multi-award-winning vineyard and discuss the importance of terroir in the wine-making process.
The evening will be the first of three wine dinners as part of The Cinnamon Club’s ‘Spice and Wine’ series, with further upcoming dates including Pascal Chatonnet from Bordeaux on October 26 and Marabino from Sicily on November 10.
