The Broadcaster reveals new winter menu

West London restaurant  The Broadcaster, located in the Television Centre at White City, has just launched its new autumn and winter menu.
Menu highlights include seven-hour braised beef cheek with truffle mash, roasted root vegetables, and wild mushrooms, roasted Stone Bass with herb crust, sea greens, cauliflower, and lemon butter and roast Ironbark pumpkin risotto with trompette mushrooms and Winchester cheese.
Cocktails, like the Watermelon Fizz (Cocchi Rosa, Sapling vodka, watermelon, guava & lime soda) or the Orchard Collins (Sapling gin, pear liqueur, apple, guava & lime soda) are available to complement the flavours of the new menu.
The restaurant is spread across four floors including a year-round rooftop bar with 360-degree views of White City, a dining room, and a contemporary pub,
