Five-star hotel, Pan Pacific London has partnered with French rosé, Roseblood, unveiling a summer terrace takeover now open on Bishopsgate Plaza.
Nestled on the Alpilles in the heart of Provence since 1489, Château d’Estoublon is a 300-hectare estate renowned for its exceptional olive oils and wines.
Guests are invited to escape to the expansive terrace transformed into a beautiful garden oasis, complete with an array of planters and beautiful blooms.
Designed to spark joie de vivre and provide an insight into the world of Estoublon, the stunning seasonal terrace will offer a sharing menu featuring charcuterie, fromage, crudités and Mediterranean flatbreads alongside Roseblood wines and cocktails.
Roseblood Rosé 2023 is available by the glass, bottle as well as the magnum and jeroboam for larger al fresco gatherings.
Also on the menu is the more complex and mineral Château d’Estoublon‘1489’ 2023 vintage rosé alongside the crisp Roseblood White 2023 and its red, Château d’Estoublon DPO Baux-de-Provence.
Wine cocktails include The Rose, crafted with Roseblood Rosé, Chambord and fresh berries and The White made with Roseblood White, soda, basil cordial and cucumber.
The Roseblood Terrace on the Plaza will be open until 29 September, offering an ideal setting for casual lunches, evening drinks and al fresco gatherings
