The new Autumn Menu Collection from DISHPATCH features a selection of the country’s renowned chefs.

Launching on 18th September and delivered nationwide, menus from Nuno Mendes, Olia Hercules and Exmouth Market’s Moro, will be available for the first time.

Moro’s menu will centre around a warming Lamb tagine, made with slow-cooked lamb alongside couscous, roast red onions and beetroot with pomegranates, labneh with flatbread to start, and a dessert of chocolate and almond cake with greek yoghurt.

Fresh off the back of opening Lisboeta, Nuno Mendes’ menu will serve as a tribute to the influence of Goan cuisine on Portuguese cooking. Prawn samosa and coriander chutney, alongside a centrepiece of either pork vindaloo or monkfish curry and coconut rice will feature.

Dessert is a traditional Bebinca – a coconut cardamom layered cake that was taken to India from Portugal and, in Nuno’s words, ‘made into something very special’.

Taken from her latest book, Home Food; chef, philanthropist and #CookForUkraine co-founder Olia Hercules has created a menu of comforting food built to connect.

The main, a traditional paprika-based stew of Chicken Pörkölt will be served with Hungarian Nokedli dumplings with sour cream and parsley, and a Crunchy vegetable salad, celebrating Olia’s heritage and upbringing in what will be her debut meal kit delivery.

Moro, Mendes and Hercules will be joined by a host of Dishpatch favourites including St. JOHN, Tom Kerridge, Michel Roux Jr, Angela Hartnett, Ottolenghi, Oklava, José Pizarro, El Pastor and Kanada-Ya.
