Angela Hartnett’s Murano will host its first White Truffle Dinner in celebration of their long-standing partnership with truffle supplier, Meera Cortesi.
Joined by Hartnett herself, Cortesi, who made history in 2005 by becoming the world’s first female truffle dealer, will share her expertise and passion for white truffles with guests, who will enjoy a special truffle-led menu curated by Harnett and team alongside.
Priced at £365 per person, this one-off experience will begin with canapés and a glass of bubbly on arrival, before guests can indulge in a four-course menu.
Expect the signature white truffle risotto, guinea fowl, a classic tarte tatin, and Vacherin.
Diners will receive accompanying servings of the season’s very first and white truffle, with the flavour threaded throughout each dish.
Each course will be carefully paired with rare wines from Piedmonte, chosen by Murano’s Head Sommelier, Ali Finch.
