Eastern Mediterranean Miznon Soho on Broadwick Street has released a casual menu that puts stuffed pitas centre stage.
The new menu takes grab n go to the next level, with almost everything served in a pita or paper bag.
Celebrity chef Eyal Shani puts a quirky spin on pita fillings with regional creations focusing on seasonality.
The Fish ‘n’ Chips, developed by Shani specifically for London, sees branzino, potato, pickles, aioli, parsley and vinegar in a pocket whilst the brand-new Rotisserie Broken Chicken comes with tahini, za’atar and spicy green peppers.
Out-of-the-pita options include Miznon’s signature roasted baby cauliflower, alongside bags of green beans; Batata: a sweet roasted potato with sour cream, smashed on a piece of baking paper; and Old City Mezze with falafel, fresh veggies and a hard-boiled egg.
For drinks, guests can choose from four gazoz featuring Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavours – to be enjoyed solo or jazzed up with anise-forward arak or tequila.
Other drinks including cocktails, such as the Foraged Negroni, Paloma or Miznon Mary sit alongside a selection of London beers, wines and champagne.
Available on-the-go or to eat-in, Miznon Soho is open seven days a week, from 12 noon, closing at 11pm, Monday – Saturday and 10pm Sunday.
