If, like me you are a bit of a TV cookery programme addict, then your dream have probably come true this week as Masterchef: The Professionals hits our screens once more.
This season sees some new talent in the shape of Marcus Wareing as the head chef/judge, which saddens me slightly as I love Mr Roux Jr, but I hold great expectations for Wareing, who I believe will bring us some great home-inspired cooking.
