Gladwin Duo, Richard and Oliver are teaming up with longstanding friends Dog Point, a renowned winemaker from New Zealand to host a one-off six-course dinner at The Chef’s Table at Sussex on Thursday 5 October.
Each course has been created using hyper-seasonal ingredients from British hedgerows and coastlines, which aligns with Dog Point’s ethos of ‘paddock to plate’, the Kiwi version of ‘farm to table’ dining.
To accompany each course, guests will enjoy wine from Dog Point’s extensive repertoire and each course will be introduced by Richard or guest Jak, of Dog Point.
