 This fresh and simple recipe is brought to us via Knorr. They invited us along to a tasting evening to see just what can be achieved using their range of flavour pots. I recreated this recipe at the weekend as a starter for my dinner party and it went down extremely well and took just a matter of minutes to make – leaving much more time for me to socialise with my friends. Enjoy! 

Garlic Prawns
Serves 4
Highly appetising and delightfully quick and easy to prepare, this delicious seafood recipe is made using a Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot to give a deep, powerful taste.

Ingredients
  1. 1 tbsp olive oil
  2. 25g butter - Healthy tip: Use Flora Buttery
  3. 450g raw king prawns , shelled and deveined
  4. 1 Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot
  5. 1 lemon, zest and juiced
  6. 2 tsp fresh chopped chives
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil butter in a non-stick frying pan, when gently sizzling add the prawns and the Knorr Garlic Flavour Pot.
  2. Fry until the prawns turn pink, add the lemon zest, juice and the chives.
  3. Serve with crusty bread.
