Al Fresco diners rejoice – there is a new canalside hotspot in town!
In The Courtyard, an outdoor drinking and dining hotspot at new cultural hub, Hackney Bridge, has launched today.
It boasts multiple bars serving local craft beer, cocktails, and speciality wines, plus some of East London’s finest street food traders like The Jewish Deli, STEAKhaus and Da Fish Ting. And, even better – there are half price cocktails every Thursday and £5 dishes every Wednesday.
The space will also host a number of events and sporting screenings throughout the summer, such as the Euros and Wimbledon.
Hackney Bridge also features workspace and studios for artists, makers and small enterprises. Alongside a collection of local independent retailers are a host of businesses including an inclusive beauty salon, a skateboard workshop, illustrators, brewers, furniture makers, music producers, social enterprises and charities.
Hackney Bridge is the latest project from Make Shift, the team behind Pop Brixton and Peckham Levels. Later this summer, Hackney Bridge (previously known as Clarnico Quay) will also feature a Sunday Market and a giant indoor dining hall called Hackney Bridge Kitchens, with more street food traders and restaurants.
