Just in case you fancied a mini history lesson, Rhineland based Blue Nun have been making wine since 1923 and were insanely popular in the 1970s. They stopped being popular for a while and then seemed to take off again in the mid 2000s.
They’re now owned by the Langguth family, who have created a range of new wines, including this blend – which is a combination of the Rivaner and Riesling grape varieties.
