Chino González residency fires up Eastway Brasserie this summer

From June 2 to August 31, Eastway Brasserie at Andaz London Liverpool Street hosts a three-month residency by rising Argentinian chef Cristian ‘Chino’ González.

Known for his work at Mirazur (France), Lasarte-Oria (Spain), Malabar (Peru), and Mostrador Santa Teresita (Argentina), González brings a bold, fire-led menu rooted in Buenos Aires food culture and global technique.

Dishes include seabass ceviche with tomberries and puffed quinoa, grilled skirt steak with chimichurri, sirloin milanesa with pesto taglioline, and orecchiette with clams, pork sausage and cime di rapa. Snacks like tapioca buns and shrimp empanadas nod to Argentine street food, while dessert highlights include a dulce de leche mousse with praline and banana.

The wine list features a rotating selection of Argentinian bottles, curated to match the menu’s smoky, layered flavours.
