BÓHA London, will open in Chelsea, in July, fusing Irish and British cuisine and cocktails.
The concept is a collaboration between Jay Bradley and Ian Duignan of The Craft Irish Whiskey Co., hospitality entrepreneur, Chase Hunter, and the team behind Prime Time Lager, Harvey Armstrong, and Sam Holmes.
The space will accommodate 140 guests across the main floor and foliage-covered terrace, serving Irish-British fusion menus and plates designed to share.
The restaurant promises to be ‘high-end’ and ‘high-energy’, reflecting the inclusivity of traditional Irish hospitality.
BÓHA’s expert mixologists will offer classics like the Irish whiskey Old Fashioned made with an ultra-rare Irish single malt or innovative bespoke creations.
Downstairs, the BÓHA speakeasy will play host to some of the world’s best DJs for late-night festivities.
The founding team said: “We are thrilled to introduce BÓHA London to the discerning residents and visitors of Chelsea. Our mission is to create unforgettable culinary experiences that leave our guests inspired and delighted. BÓHA embodies excellence, enjoyment, and the perfect blend of Irish and British cuisines.”
