Bluebird Chelsea is partnering with Penhaligons and Fever-Tree to launch a new cocktail menu this spring.
From 13 April, Bluebird’s upstairs bar will be filled with plants and flowers.
Guests can choose from a limited-edition menu, inspired by Penhaligon’s fragrances and using Fever Tree tonics.
As an extra touch, guests will be invited to receive their very own, bespoke fragrance profiling
Throughout April, Bluebird’s Spring Afternoon G&Tea is also on offer, in partnership with
Fever Tree.
At £32 per person, diners will begin with a selection of sandwiches from rare-breed hen’s egg, mustard cress and truffle to Scottish smoked salmon and cream cheese.
To follow, there are warm scones, Easter bonbons, mini hot cross buns and mango, passionfruit Easter egg macarons with pistachio, and the choice of various tea-infused, gin-based cocktails with Fever-Tree sodas and tonics.
