Shekha 

Shekha started her food journey about 15 years ago after realising that London had so many hidden pockets worth visitng. Since then she has made it her mission to experience the restaurant scene in cities and towns all over the UK. She is especially interested in hearing the human stories behind these places and learning the unique role that food plays in all of our lives. 

Jack

Jack is a thirtysomething economic exile living in Kent, and one of Tasting Britain’s original co-founders. His favourite food is Japanese, and his favourite drink is Scotch.
