Paris-born Latin American restaurant group Tigermilk will open its first UK site at 127 Charing Cross Road on June 12. The two-floor, 138-cover restaurant marks the group’s London debut after rapid expansion across France since its launch in 2019.
Founded by Nina and Alexis Melikov, Tigermilk currently operates ten sites in France and serves over 3,500 diners daily. The brand is known for its energetic atmosphere, colourful interiors, and value-driven approach to Latin-inspired cuisine.
Menu items include cochinita pibil tacos, ceviche with strawberries, and a chipotle-marinated T-bone soaked in agave for 12 hours. Larger plates such as rocoto-glazed lamb shoulder are designed for sharing, while desserts include a maracuyá tiramisu and a dulce de leche cheesecake.
The drinks list features over 250 bottles of mezcal and tequila, along with house cocktails like Hibiscus Margaritas and yuzu-infused spritzes. Wines come from small-scale producers in France and South America.
Interiors are led by Tigermilk’s in-house team, Studio Leche, and Soho House alumna Christie Ward. The design draws from Mexican estate architecture, with marble flooring, mirrored ceilings, and a large open kitchen anchoring the space.
