Sofitel London St James and Memo Paris have joined forces to present an indulgent, limited-edition Afternoon Tea, celebrating Memo Paris’s French Leather Eau de Parfum.
Guests can experience a French twist on the English classic with an afternoon tea that marries fragrance and flavour.
In the Rose Lounge at the Sofitel London St James, guests will enjoy a curated selection of delicate pastries, savoury sandwiches, and fragrant teas, all crafted by esteemed pastry chef Lerrick Coelho.
Chef Coelho’s creations, featuring sweet notes of rose, lime, honey, and vanilla to mirror the aromatic profile of the perfume, take diners on a sensory journey.
Menu highlights include the Chicken Coronation on a toasted croissant, the Scottish Smoked Salmon Mille-Feuille with dill and crème fraîche and a a rose, lime and honey confit, with vanilla creme.
There’s also the English Strawberry and Madagascar Vanilla Roulade; the Matcha Bergamot Sphere and a Peach and Raspberry Tartelette.
The French Leather Eau de Parfum evokes the allure of a French rose, placed amongst pink pepper, juniper, clary sage, and musk.
A Parisian fragrance house, Memo Paris imagines perfume as a journey, building its identity around magical destinations and intense raw materials and high-quality natural ingredients.
The Memo Paris Afternoon Tea at Sofitel London St James will be available from 5 August until 30 September. Serving hours are 12 pm – 5 pm, Monday to Sunday, priced at £70 per person, £80 with a glass of Champagne.
