Lilienblum, sister to pita specialists Miznon, has geared up for summer with a new menu and the opening of its rosé terrace in collaboration with English vineyard, Bolney Wine Estate, East Sussex.
Chef Eyal Shani has designed a menu with dishes including fig carpaccio mosaic; caramelised onion tart with anchovies; salt baked beetroot with clotted cream and orange vinaigrette; mussels bruschetta; blue crab burkas and onglet steak drizzled in dark chicken jus, with seasonal baby vegetables.
Amongst the desserts, guests can choose from chocolate mousse; peach tarte tatin; or a malami.
For time-poor business lunches, the express menu offers three courses and a thirst-quenching gazoz from £28pp Tuesday to Friday whilst those heading out after work can enjoy three snacks for £25 alongside the margarita of the day, served with complimentary dips and focaccia, for £7.
The rosé terrace showcases the award-winning wines of the Bolney Estate.
Alongside the new English Vines rosé, there is the sparkling Classic Cuvée and Pinot Noir, served by the glass and the bottle.
The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday* from lunch (12pm-3pm) through to dinner (5pm-11.30pm).
