Bōkan 38 has unveiled its new summer creations from Bōkan’s Bar Manager Generoso D’Avino.
Against panoramic views of London’s skyline, guests can now enjoy new seasonal cocktails and small plates.
Signature cocktails include the vibrant,Tropic Thunder with discarded banana rum, Two Drifters rum, Chambord, pineapple, mango lemon and grenadine served in bold animal printed ceramic tiki mugs; the refreshing Sparkling Pear with vodka, pear liqueur, apros white, vanilla syrup, lime and prosecco; or the Pansy, a lighter option with Martell VS, violet liqueur, lemon, vanilla and prosecco.
Diners can graze on dishes from chef Robert Manea including a sharing seafood platter, with pan-fried scallop, squid tempura, grilled octopus, fried fish in polenta, fried tiger prawns with wasabi and a citrus dressing and saffron mayo; creamy burrata with tomato and red pepper marmalade and focaccia; a light Greek salad with tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, onion, olives, feta cheese and oregano; and chicken pasta served in a white wine and lemon sauce.
Bōkan 38 and 39 is open seven days a week, and until late (1am) on Fridays and Saturdays, table allocations are made on a first come first serve basis with bookings available for inside seating. *DJ available every Saturday from 8pm – 12am.
