eggslut, is opening a new restaurant at the Market Halls Victoria on Wednesday 24 May for its first all day and evening offer.
For the launch of the Victoria Market Halls site, eggslut will be releading a new sandwich recipe – the Spicy Chicken Sando which will consist of spicy fried chicken and sriracha, in-house pickled cabbage, free range over medium egg, in a warm brioche bun.
Signature eggslut menu items will also be available such as The Fairfax, a sandwich made from soft scrambled eggs with cheese, served in a brioche bun and named after the street in Los Angeles where the original eggslut food truck parked back in 2011.
Market Halls is now one of the biggest food hall operators in the UK, bringing together street food and drinks.
The Victoria Market Halls location features 8 kitchens and 3 bars across 3 floors with a stunning roof terrace overlooking the London skyline and can comfortably seat 500 plus customers.
