Asian concept Katsu & Buns is launching at The Chapel Bar Terrace in Islington on 13 May.
The concept will feature twists on Asian street food favourites, as well as a bottomless boozy brunch offering.
Deeply passionate about Asian cuisine, Katsu & Buns founder Shaun Smith launched the concept at the end of 2022.
Small plates will sit alongside a selection of bao, burgers and rice dishes.
Every Saturday from 11.30am to 7pm, diners can enjoy bao like Korean pork, Peking duck and pumpkin katsu baos to shiitake mushroom teriyaki and chicken katsu and satay buns.
Brunchers can also opt for free-flowing Prosecco or Japanese cocktails.
The Chapel Bar is an events space near Angel station.
It features a large open plan space on the first floor, with a fully stocked bar leads and outdoor terrace.
