For the month of October, Gin d’Azur is partnering with recently opened neighbourhood bar and eatery The Residency in West London for a month-long paired menu.
Dishes paired with three limited-edition Gin d’Azur cocktails are designed to emulate the sunshine of the Mediterranean.
Head Chef Carniel Francis has worked alongside Bar Manager Alex Mansueto to create a menu to showcase the region, with an amalgamation of flavours that work in tandem with the Gin
d’Azur cocktails.
To start is avocado, tender stem broccoli, and courgette tempura which will be accompanied by the Jasmine – Gin d’Azur, St. Germain Elderflower, jasmin syrup, matcha, lime and aquafaba.
Next, are two larger plates, grilled chicken thighs served with a creamy mushroom sauce, paired with the resident Nightfall – Gin d’Azur, Drambuie, lemon, and agave topped with merlot, or the trout ceviche, which will include wild trout ceviche diced with pomegranate candy beets, hibiscus pickled shallots and a coconut lime dressing, paired with the Provence cocktail – Gin d’Azur, xante, juniper berries, residency vanilla and rhubarb puree top with Fleur organic brut.
The paired menu is priced at £65. It will be available throughout October every Tuesday to Sunday.
