Central London Californian-Mexican restaurant, Madera at Treehouse London, has launched a summer brunch series in partnership with tequila brand Casamigos.
Taking place on the last Saturday of each month, the Casamigos Tequila x Madera Brunch Series brings a taste of summer to Marylebone, combining Californian and Mexican flavours paired with curated Casamigos tequila cocktails.
The Mexican brunch is set against a backdrop of some of the best views in the city. Casamigos will provide an array of cocktails, such as the A La Vida: Casamigos Reposado, carrot juice, lemon, honey and fresh ginger, and the La Barrio: Casamigos Blanco, watermelon, mango & chilli shrub, lime and agave, as well as a selection of Margaritas and a Mimosa kit to complement the brunch dishes.
Madera’s monthly party brunch features live entertainment, dancers and DJs for guests to party the day away and watch the sunset surrounded by 360 views of London. E
ach month will see a different theme, from African-inspired beats and Treehouse Fantasy (we don’t know but we’re intrigued), to Carnival in August and Zombies for Halloween.
Dishes will include:
Fajita Bowl; black beans, coriander lime rice, grilled peppers & onions. Guacamole, chipotle crema, pico de gallo
Tres Leches French Toast; tres leches brioche bread w/ fresh berries, cinnamon apples, chantilly cream
Taquitos al gusto: organic free-range chicken, jalapeño cabbage, chipotle crema, pickled onion, finished w/ roasted tomatillo salsa
Mushroom & truffle frittata: three organic eggs, sautéed wild mushrooms, baby potatoes, truffle manchego, rocket leaves
There are two set brunch offerings available as well as the a la carte menu. The first set offer is priced at £40 (per person) and includes: a Toca Margarita consisting of Casamigos Blanco, fresh lime juice, agave, lava salt, a main dish from the menu and a choice of side dish to accompany. For dessert, an unlimited vegan churros bar will be available for guests to indulge in.
Upgrade your brunch offering, for £60 (per person) and get three signature cocktails, a large dish plusa side dish, and unlimited vegan churros.
