Knives to meet you
Stupid headline…
Anyway, I was recently at a sushi workshop hosted by the lovely (and very Japanese) Yuki Gomi. Her kitchen’s in Crystal Palace, which is great because Crystal Palace is the shit. During said workshop I created various abominations made out of sushi ingredients, which were very delicious. Presentation was never my strong point…
But I digress, said event was sponsored by Kai Knives and I convinced the very nice PR people to let me do a knife giveaway.
Lately I’ve developed a kind of OCD fixation around running competitions on Tasting Britain, and everybody loves super premium Japanese metalwork, right?
