COYA Mayfair is launching Azucar Sundays, a Latin American take on the traditional Sunday roast with bold Peruvian dishes, plenty of spice, and a live band.

Guests can enjoy a choice of appetisers like Crocantes con Guacamole, Baos de Pollo Crujiente (bao bun, crispy buttermilk chicken, pickled cucumber and yuzu kosho), Ceviche de Lubina Clasica (seabass, red onion, sweet potato, white corn, ají limo, lime, coriander), or Wontón de Carne Wagyu (Chilean wagyu, shiitake mushrooms, ají panca, Szechuan sauce).

After, a Sunday roast-style selection of meats will be served, including Pollo a la Parilla (corn-fed baby chicken, ají panca, coriander), Asado de Res (spicy beef sirloin, crispy onion), and Grupa de Cordero a la Brasa (marinated wagyu lamb rump), each served with crispy potatoes, spring greens, charred carrots, and sauces.

COYA’s signature cocktails, such as the Pisco Sour with COYA Pisco, Chilcano, or the MaraCOYA Mule, are available to pair with the meal.

Each dish can also be paired with COYA’s Latin American wine selection, exclusively available on Azucar Sundays.

Choose from a 2020 Chardonnay, Los Parientes (Malleco Valley, Chile), a 2022 Malbec, Luján de Cuyo (Uco Valley, Argentina), or a 2023 Sauvignon Blanc (Aconcagua Valley, Chile).

Desserts on offer are Tres Leches (three milk cake with salted dulce de leche, vanilla ice cream, caramelised kadaifi, and pistachio) or Helados y Sorbets (a selection of ice creams and sorbets) to share.
