Adriana Cavita said “This is such an exciting collaboration for me to take part in; I have been a fan of Seed Library for a while and I have really enjoyed working with the team to pair my traditional Mexican food with their excellent drinks offering. I can’t wait for everyone to try it!”
Ryan Chetiyawardana said, “Adriana is one of the most exciting – and lovely! – chefs we’ve come across in a while. We were so happy to collaborate with her on some bits over at her Mayfair spot, Cavita, so we thought it would be so great to be able to bring a slice of her magic over East to Seed Library. With an incredible pedigree, and such an infectious passion for her native Mexico – which places focus on traditional and modern, produce to technique – it was brilliant to look at dishes that could work in the distinctly-drinks setting of Seed Library, and to marry some incredibly delicious dishes with our cocktails.
“After the brilliant partnerships we’ve had in the past, it’s great to look at a different cuisine, a different knowledge set, and a different style of dish to fit the bar. We’re very flexible and expansive in what we do at Seed Library, so having something higher touch for this rotation of food is a very exciting addition for us to bring to our guests.”
Located within the One Hundred Shoreditch Hotel, Seed Library is the East London bar from critically acclaimed and multi-award winning Ryan Chetiyawardana, aka Mr Lyan, and his team.
The current menu includes a Master Stock Plus alongside the bar’s trademark Coriander Seed Gimlet.
The Cavita residency at Seed Library will be available from 29 May to 1 September.
