Pan Pacific and St Germain open al fresco terrace in Bishopsgate

 Pan Pacific London has partnered with St-Germain to create an al fresco seafood and cocktail Terrace On The Plaza in Bishopsgate.

From 7 June, the hotel’s expansive outdoor plaza will be offer seafood and cocktails, among decorations and foliage.  

The St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur is created from one thousand elderflowers, picked while in full bloom

Choices include the signature St-Germain Spritz, a mix of St-Germain, prosecco, soda and lemon, St-Germain Hugo, a highball with fresh mint, soda, lime, prosecco and St-Germain, Espresso Martini and Patron Grapefruit Soda. 

The new terrace food menu features seafood with Asian accents.

Small plates include tuna ceviche, with edamame, sliced radish, wasabi mayo and ponzu sauce, and a prawn rojak salad, topped with spicy shrimp, prawns, pineapple, mooli, cucumber and toasted peanuts and a salmon poke bowl.  

More substantial dishes such as lobster roll and lemongrass steamed mussels or for a summery sweet treat, guests can also enjoy a trio of assorted ice creams including raspberry and chilli, apple wasabi and sesame.  

The Terrace On The Plaza opens on Wednesday 7 June – 30 September, from 12pm – 9pm every day – a must visit.
